Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Visa credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.
All items are supplied on a payment with order basis.
All orders are subject to your credit/debit card being approved.
If ordering from overseas, your credit/debit card will be charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and your credit card company will convert to your domestic currency using their prevailing rate.

Shipping And Handling
Overseas Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout once country for delivery has been chosen.
For large value orders, the delivery charge will be dependant on the contents of your order and the Country to which it is delivered. If the order is above standard single package size, we will e-mail you informing you of further shipping costs.
Please also note : PO Box addresses can be used for SMALL PACKETS only. Non PO Box addresses must be given for larger parcels. If you are unsure about your order please contact enquiries@scoutshops.com
UK Shipping Charges
We can deliver to all UK addresses (addresses with a Royal Mail postcode) and BFPO's in North Western Europe (i.e. BFPO's 15-49, 101-115, 140, 800-809).
UK Delivery charges are:
Order value between £0.01 and £100.00 is £3.99
Order value £100.01or above is delivered free.
For security purposes a signature will be required on delivery.

Back Orders Whilst we make every effort to ensure the products sold on our website are available for immediate sale sometimes a product can become unavailable.
In the event of an item becoming out of stock we will amend your order and credit the value of the item, whilst informing you by email of the amendment to your order.

| Credit Card Security We use "WorldPay - The World's No 1 online payment processor" over a secure network for credit card authorisations. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
Guarantee 1. If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have purchased they may be returned within 30 days providing they are unused and in original packaging. The course of action for returns is detailed below.
If the goods have been ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size etc then please return goods and order details to address as follows for exchange or refund.

2. If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect items have been delivered or you have any other query, please contact us by one of the following options, email us at enquiries@worldscoutshops.com, phone on +44 1903 766921 or fax on +44 1903 750359.
3. Please return the original receipt with the goods. An exchange or refund will be actioned within 14 days.
4. Once returned goods have been checked your account will be credited within 14 days.
5. Packages must be returned pre-paid unless incorrectly delivered or faulty.
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of the Contract shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
